how they work

How the rankings are calculated

Players earn points at Premier Padel and FIP tour events, with the biggest tournaments worth the most. Points count for a set period and then drop off, so the ranking reflects recent form.

Padel is played in pairs, so regular partners earn the same points. That is why two players often share a rank.

schedule

When they're published

The FIP publishes an updated ranking regularly through the season, usually after each week's events.

In the app: the ranking is checked on Monday and again on Tuesday morning, straight from the FIP.
